Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Android phone to your computer via USB
- Enable Media device / File Transfer when prompted or from the notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
- Transfer the audio files on the phone storage, preferably in the Media directory
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Scroll to Device and tap Sound & Notification
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable also vibrate for calls
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts located on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the contact whose ringtone you want to change
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and press OK
Change the Notification Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to Device and tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the notification ringtone you want to use
- Tap OK
