Create a New Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account with which to sync the contact, or select a different storing method
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from Storage”, “Export to storage”, or “Import from SIM card”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Press “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: you can repeat the steps above to add more Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for additional contacts. These widgets can also be organized in folders by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the new group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to assign to an existing group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Press “OK”
