Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Archived”
  4. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  6. Access “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call Forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable, if necessary
  5. Tap “Disable”
