Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “all calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are turned off for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
