Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable File Transfer / Media device when prompted or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones directory
- After the process is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Sound and Notification
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts located on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Access Device
- Tap Sound & Notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification sound and press OK
