Create a New Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Select an account for contact syncing or select a different contact storing method
  5. Add the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage” “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: By repeating these steps you can add more Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. You can also add these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one and dropping it over another.

Remove Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Call history”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  5. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a New Caller Group Using a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired group name
  6. Press “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the desired caller group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name” > “Create a new group”
  5. Enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK”
