Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact whose calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again
  6. Access “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls” When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
