Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, and contacts, with the Android device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the PC via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer and go to “Info”
  3. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  4. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  5. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  6. Once done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
  7. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: You can export your iPhone contacts from an iCloud backup using a computer with Internet access. The exported vCard can then be imported into Android.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. After the vCard is done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your phonebook using “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup.

  1. Visit the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard
  3. After the process is done, send the vCard to your email address as an attachment
  4. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard attachment
  5. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use to share your iPhone contacts. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring computer access.

  1. Install Send Anywhere on the iPhone from the App Store
  2. Install the same app on the Android device via the Play Store
  3. Open the app on both phones
  4. On the iPhone tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly select a transfer method and follow the prompts to complete the transfer
