Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts
- Select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu and enable All calls to voicemail
Unblock Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Switch to All contacts if needed
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn All calls to voicemail Off
Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:
- Open Google Messages
- Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number]
- Press OK
NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent to you by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for all the archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Tap Menu
- Go to Archived
- Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu again and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call forwarding
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
- When ready, tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unanswered When unreachable or When busy
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Enable / Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable
