Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and select the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are turned off for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  4. Tap “Menu” again
  5. Access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Updated”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
