Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” > “menu”
  4. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number or contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Follow the prompts
