Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact or phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all of the archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the contact/phone number whose messages you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Updated”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
