Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then you can sync the account data with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing one
  5. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  6. Once done, log in with the same account on the Android phone and set the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  5. Once done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your phonebook via Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use the Contacts app to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
  2. Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email and make sure the vCard is attached
  4. Send the email to your own address and switch to the Android device
  5. Open the email and download the vCard, then use the “contacts” app to import it

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: This third-party app for Android and iOS can be used to share contacts and other file types over a peer-to-peer connection without requiring computer access.

  1. Install the app on both devices from the Play Store
  2. Open the app on both phones
  3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts and a transfer method on one of the phones
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
