Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the phone to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable Media file MTP when prompted or from the Notification shade
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Navigate to the media files on the phone
- Copy and paste the desired audio files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notification folders
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe the home screen up and open Settings
- Tap Sound
- Go to Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone from the list
Change the Ringtone for a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Swipe up on the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Go to Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone from the list
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Swipe up on the home screen and open Settings
- Access Sound
- Tap Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Turn ON or OFF Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and/or Sever threats
