Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block
  5. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call blocking
  3. Tap the “X” next to the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all of the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Manage the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “History” tab
  3. Tap an entry to view more details
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history” > “OK”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When busy” “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact
  6. Tap “Turn On” / ‘Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
