Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account and then sync the account data with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer and go to “Info”
  3. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  4. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  5. Once the sync is complete, switch to the Android phone and sign in with the same account used in iTunes
  6. Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts
  6. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  7. Once done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your phonebook via Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB< transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use the Contacts app to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: The methods above require a computer connected to the Internet but you can also share your iPhone contacts via third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on both phones from the App Store
  2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Start composing an email and attach the vCard
  4. Send the vCard to your own email address
  5. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard file
  6. Use the “Contacts” app to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use is Send Anywhere on Android an iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without requiring computer access.

  1. Install the app on both devices from their respective app stores
  2. Open the app on both phones
  3. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
  4. Select the desired contacts and a transfer method on one of the phones
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process
