Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Establish a USB connection between the PC and computer
- Enable Media file MTP on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications folders
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Phone ringtone and select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired call ringtone for the contact and tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Launch Settings
- Access Sound
- Tap Default notification sound
- Select the notification ringtone you want to assign
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap menu > Settings
- Tap Wireless alerts > Menu > Settings
- Turn Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats ON or OFF
