Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable Media File MTP when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications directories
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Open Settings and go to Sound
- Tap Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts located on the devices internal memory or SIM card.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Sound > Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Launch Messages
- Tap menu > Settings
- Tap Wireless alerts > Menu > Settings
- Turn Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats OFF
