Transfer Audio Files from a PC to Use as Ringtones:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- Enable Media Device / File Transfer on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files
- Copy and paste the desired files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or notifications folders
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound > Phone ringtone or access Recording or Music
- Select the ringtone you want to use and tap OK
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Press OK
Change the Notification Ringtone:
- Open Settings and go to Sound
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification ringtone
- Tap OK
Enable or Disable System Sounds:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Other Sounds
- Select between Dial pad tones Screen locking sounds Vibrate on tap Chagrin sounds Touch sounds and Power up tone
- Enable or disable the features as desired
- Optionally, you can change the Emergency tone settings as well
Enable or Disable Do Not Disturb:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Do Not Disturb
- Select between Always or Scheduled
- Optionally, tap Disturb Rules and select Alarms only Priority only or Total silence
- To disable Do Not Disturb, select Never
