Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:
NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account and then sync the account data with the Android device.
- Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
- Access Info in iTunes
- Enable Sync Contacts With and log in with your Google account or click Configure and select an existing account
- Click Apply to start the sync
- Once done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
- Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android phone
Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:
NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.
- Open the Internet browser on the computer
- Visit https://www.icloud.com/
- Log in with your iCloud account
- Go to Contacts and select the desired contacts
- Click Settings > Export vCard
- Follow one of the steps below:
- Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your Android phone via Google Contacts, or:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via the Contacts app
Using My Contacts Backup:
NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.
- Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
- Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
- Compose an email and attach the vCard
- Send the email to your own address
- On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
- Import the vCard to your phonebook via the Contacts app
Using Send Anywhere:
NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS to share contacts over a peer-to-peer connection, without requiring computer access.
- Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
- Launch the app on both devices
- On the iPhone, tap Send > Contacts
- Select the desired contacts
- Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to finish the transfer
