Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
- Enable Media File MTP on the phone when prompted or from the Notification shade
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or notifications directories
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the Phones General Ringtone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound > Phone ringtone
- Select the ringtone you want to assign
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Tap Save to confirm
Change Notification Alert Sounds:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Default notification sound
- Select the notification ringtone you want to use
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages and tap Menu
- Tap Settings > Wireless alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Turn ON or OFF Allow Alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
