Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking” and enter the phone number you want to block. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call blocking”
  3. Tap the “X” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages Using Google Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: Blocked messages will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Archived” and select the phone number whose messages you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Press “Unblock [phone number]”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “History”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To rese the call log, tap “menu” > “Clear call history”
  5. Press “OK”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select an existing contact
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Turn On” or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  4. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
