    Transfer Audio Files from a Computer:

    1. Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media File” on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
    4. Copy the desired files and paste them to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and / or “Notifications” directories
    5. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Sound” > “Phone ringtone”
    3. Select the desired ringtone

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be set for contacts stored on the device’s internal memory or SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap and hold the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “Save”

    Change Notification Ringtones:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Sound” and tap “Default notification ringtone”
    3. Select the desired notification ringtone

    Manage Emergency Alerts:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Wireless alerts”
    4. Enable or disable “AMBER alerts” “Allow alerts” “Extreme threats” and “Severe threats”

    Thanks for sharing. There is a convenient 3rd party tool called MobiKin Assistant for Android, it's designed to manage data from Android on computer. With it, you can transfer multiple between Android and computer easily.
