Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable Media file at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Navigate to the audio files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications folders
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Phone Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM Card or the devices internal memory.
- Launch Settings
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings and go to Sound
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless alerts
- Enable or disable AMBER alerts Allow alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats

To move files between Android and PC, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. could be a good option. You just need to upload the wanted files from PC to the cloud storage service and then download them to your device easily.
Another more convenient method is to use the 3rd party tool, which can help connect your phone to PC and then transfer the needed files.
