    P300

Yeah, I work for Ubiquitel. The Hitachi is a single band, but so far on signal testing it wins by far. There isn't a CDMA phone on the market with as good a signal. I almost bought it, but then the 5300 came out, so I waited to make my decision, and finally it was made when the 5300 got a new software update that fixed the earpiece and voice dialing. The ringers on both phones are outstanding. Do you work for a telecommunications company?

Here is a midi file I edited with Sprint PCS multimedia manager. Makes a good ringer!

Yeah I work for sprint pcs. I really like that hitachi, but the way I travel I gotta have a dual band. I need the speaker phone function also so 4900 was my best bet. maybe hitachi will make a dual band version, hey did you check out the juke box feature on that thing? Very cool...

I've finally stepped into the 90's. I bought my very first cell-phone. I got the Samsung s105. I've never had a phone, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I really like it. It's got a lot of nice features, but the main reason why I love this phone is because I got it FREEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Free stuff rules! )

And umm... to the person who mentioned the phone that can play movies... why in the world would anyone want to do that? I mean, I know it's cool to have all these neat features, but seriously man... MOVIES?!?! That would just eat up battery, and I'm sure quality sucks.

Definitely the Nokia 7650, with its 24-voice poly playback. Most phones have only 16-voice.

I got the Sanyo 4900 for $50 and I love it. The color screen is nice and large, and the rings sound good too. I needed a phone with speaker phone, and I owned the 4700 before and liked it so I went for the next step.. (and you can't beat $50 for a new color screen phone with speakerphone)..
I also bought the futuredial data cable for $30 at Compusa and the software for downloading midis and images into the phone was %50 off at sprint so I paid $10 for it.. so the whole package was less than the 2/3rds the cost of the phone at full price..

I've heard lot's of good stuff about Samsung. Looks like the koreans are heading towards the right direction The Siemens S55 has a nice sound IMO. Personally, I think Nokia is slipping away from what it used to be, right now I wouldn't suggest a Nokia phone if polyphonic ringtones are important to you.

i personally think the i95cl Limited Edition is the best, but i'm biased.... you can upload midi's to it, the sound quality is awsum, it has plenty of space, and you can't beat the awsum light show when your playing a midi... i freaking love this phone.

At the moment the loudest mobile phone that uses polyphonic/midi tones is the t100, in my opinion. Although it hasn't got that many features compared to the t68i or 7650. i own the 7650 the midis sound alright but far to quiet, vibrate isn't to strong either...but thats not the good part of this mobile phone... u can download loads of stuff for it like a video camera software, loads of games including Puzzle Bubble (Bust-a-move) Bomberman and now you get a Gameboy emulator.

But if you want a bad boy fone check this!
