Hello i have this phone! i don't mind it, but it's not all that special at the same time. It's slightly annoying when trying to get some ringtones i find, as this phone never seems to be supported by the service. Oh well

hi
i have it as well..
for ringtones you just need to upload a .mid file to the phone via the usb-connector..

hey thc, do you upload polophonic-ish ringtones to your phone? or just regular ringtones? That's one aspect of the 3 service in Australia that is slightly annoying - the ringtones they offer are no good to me! And the phone is a bit chunky for my liking, but hey it has some decent features

anvil studio is good software to shorten .midi files that are too long then you can upload them to your phone...

yeah having to shorten them is a bit of a bugger, what were they thinking with the 20k limit? no way around it is there?

from what I can gather it is so your phone will switch to message bank once the file has finished playing - huge file = long wait before divert kicks in!
