I am new to smart phones. In other words, I am clueless and ignorant. Please bear with me. The only reason I am looking to buy now is because of the nature of my job doing outside sales.
I need a phone that will sync up to multiple computers (one at work, one at home) using Microsoft office or something better (if you know of something better let me know). I need to have client and potential client information available before I pick up the phone. Is that possible? In other words, mid ring and I can see exactly who they are and what I have done with their business already.
There is nothing worse than having to ask a potential customer what company they were with again. And because of the type of sales I do, every customer has completely different needs.
My phone will be a mini office for me. Something I can use in conjunction with my home and office pc to schedule the calls I make for the day, update client information, send emails, etc.
I was considering buying something low end as a "starter" for a couple of reasons. I don't know what I like and dislike about smartphones, why not start low end? And for reasons of cost. I dont have 4-600 dollars to spend. One of my friend has recommend some good smart phones from china, a real bargain. How do you feel these smart phones?
