    T-Mobile

T-Zones service, $2.99/mo includes up to 1mb download and 50 sms messages.

T-Mobile also offers free wap with all of their plans... you just dont have access to the additional T-Zones specific features.

    VZW WAP

$6.99/month (includes 100 received txt messages which would be 2cents each) and not really worth it.

The bad thing is that it uses your anytime minutes (unless after 9 or on weekends than its unlimited.

AT&T used a kilobite system- $6.99 for 1MB. that seems worth it-even though AT&T is by far the worst service provider ever!
