    Search EBAY to see what they are currently selling for, if you have an account you can search ended auctions.

    Then offer him a fair price

    I think that the important question to ask yourself however is if you want to spend any money on an old mobile? Personally, I would rather spend a little bit more and get the latest and greatest technology.
