How-to: Take Notes on Your HTC One X

How-To: Create a Notebook.

1. Tap the "Apps" icon on the Home screen.
2. Press "Notes".
3. While on the "Notes" main screen, tap the icon depicting a triangle pointing downwards > select "new notebook".
4. Type-in the desired name for your notebook.
5. To save your notebook on your HTC One X, tap "Local Notebook".
6. To sync the notebook with your Evernote account, tap "Synchronized notebook".
7. Tap "Create".


How-To: Move a Note in a Notebook.

1. Access the "Notes" app and open your notebook.
2. On the notebook screen press "+".
3. Type-in the title for the note and start composing. You can perform the following actions:

- Type-in text by tapping the note.
- Record audio by pressing the "Record" icon.
- Attach a file by pressing "Menu" > "Attach".
- Create a drawing in the note by pressing the icon depicting a paintbrush.
- Take a photo and insert it in the note by pressing the "Camera" button.

4. To save your note, press the "Menu" icon > "Save".


How-To: Share a Note.

1. Open the "Notes" app and access a notebook.
2. Select the note you wish to share.
3. Tap the "Menu" button.
4. Press "Share note" and choose the method of sharing.

NOTE*: If you wish to print a note, tap the "Menu" icon and select "Print". Keep in mind that in order to print notes, your HTC One X should be connected to the same Wi-Fi Network as the printer.
