option to delete e-mail on HTC One X phone or server or both

Before I was using a black Berry and I when I was deleting e-mail from my phone I was given an option to just delete it from the phone or both the phone and server. I was given both of these options when deleting mail.

I am now using a HTC One X (At&t) and when I delete mail from my phone it also deletes it from the server also.

Is there a setting so I can just delete it from the phone and it wiil stay on the server.

Is ther a settin so it asks what I want to do, some I would like to keep on the phone and some to delete from phone and server.

i have two mail accounts one is a pop and the other weboutlook

so the web outlook is an imap? They should behave differently if one is imap and the other is pop. I believe pop can leave a copy on the server, but that is a setting on the server level.

I'm not sure you can do what you want with the stock HTC app. You may need to experiment with different email settings and aftermarket email apps.
