A new HTC handset will become available to certain Europe countries in April 2010. The HTC Smart, in which Telefonica/O2 will be the carrier, will be launched in the UK, Ireland and Germany. The HTC Smart that will be launched will feature HTC Sense and will include these features: 2.8 QVGA touch screen, accelerometer, HSDPA, a 3.2MP built-in camera, 256MB ROM and RAM, and a 300 MHz processor.
After the launch by O2, HTC will launch the HTC Smart to other areas of Europe directly and from Telecom Italia and Netcom which is in Norway.
Price of the HTC Smart has not been unveiled at this time.
