Klausner Technologies has just filed a lawsuit against HTC for Visual Voicemail patents in the US. The lawsuit comes when Klausner claims that HTC infringed upon its patents when the T-Mobile myTouch 3G was released. This does not mean that all the HTC smartphones that carry the Visual Voicemail are included in this lawsuit. The Visual Voicemail that that was launched with Verizon are not included in this lawsuit due to the fact that Verizon had signed an agreement for this service with Klausner Technologies in 2008.

The lawsuit was filed in the Eastern District of Texas.
