Block Incoming Calls:
- On the home screen, launch People
- Tap Menu
- Tap Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts
- Press + and follow one of the steps below:
- To block an existing contact: check the box associated with the contact and tap Save. (Optionally, you can tap OK to save the contact info to a different account)
- To block a phone number: enter it in the appropriate field and tap OK
Unblock Calls:
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contact
- Access Blocked contacts
- Tap Menu
- Tap Remove blocked contacts and select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Delete to confirm
Block Messages:
- On the home screen, tap Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to prevent from sending you messages
- At the Message options prompt, tap Block contact
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu
- Tap Block list
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts
Turn On Call Forwarding:
- Open the Settings menu
- Tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding > Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Open the apps drawer
- Access Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unreachable or Forward when unanswered
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap Update / Enable
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open the Settings menu
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select Always forward or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable to confirm
