Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “People” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
  4. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block an existing contact: mark the check box next to it and tap “Save”. (Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account)
    • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
  2. Tap & hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block messages from
  3. From the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Unblock contacts”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen and open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when busy”, or “Forward when unanswered”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
  4. Tap “Disable”
