Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage Contacts”
  4. Access “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
  5. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block an existing contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or alternatively select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
  4. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
