Block Incoming Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
  4. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block incoming calls from a contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
    • To block calls from a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
  3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Choose to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable “or “Forward when busy”
  4. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
