About 4 months ago, my LG Motion got the blue screen of death, and never came back to life. I ended up having toi purchase a new phone, which is the Kyocera C6522N. This morning, I went to grab my phone off the charger, and after a moment of browsing through my notifications it got the blue screen of death. It flashed blue, then immedietly shut down. I tried taking out the battery, the sim card, and the memory chip, and after replacing them it still will not turn on. This is the second time this has happened to me, in that last 4 months. Two different phones, both through Metro PCS. Can anyone give me any information that may help me to save my phone, or figure out why this is happening? The employees at the store were less than helpful and could not provide me with any information, or even a replacement phone.
