Block Calls:

  1. In order to block a call, the phone number needs to be added to your contacts list. Follow this link to learn how you can add a new contact
  2. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  3. Open “Contacts” and select the contact you want to block
  4. Press the “Menu” button depicting three dots
  5. Enable the “All calls to voicemail” option

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Clear the check box associated with “All calls to voicemail”

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Phone”
  3. Press “Menu” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Press “Menu” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Set the device to forward calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Press “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Tap “Always forward” > “Disable”

Optionally, if you are on T-Mobile you can:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Tap the “Dialpad”
  4. Tap “##004#” > “Call” to disable all call forwarding

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recent Calls”
  3. Press “Menu” and tap “Filter by” if you want to sort your call log in a certain way
  4. To reset the call log, press “Menu” and tap “Clear call log”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm
