LG F9100 (Should I upgrade to it?)

Lately I've been debating upgrading to a LG F9100. Can some of you give me some of the pros and cons on the phone? It seems like a nice phone and I can get one that is unlocked for under $90. Or should I go with a better phone? I want a phone that can play music tones cleanly without much distortion, can this phone accomplish that?
If not, can someone suggest a phone that has decent features, will play decent ringtones, is good for daily use, and is under $175? (I want to get an unlocked phone so I can use it with Cingular GO Phone prepaid service. So it must be compatible with Cingular service and it's frequencies.)
