I have a very old cell phone given to me as a hand-me-down by a family member, but the manual is long gone and I can't find it anywhere on the internet.

Somehow, it's on 'silence-all' mode. I have tried everything I can, as has the previous owner-- looked at every menu, held down every conceivable button, but I can't turn this silence-all mode off. I don't really want to factory reset the phone ... It would be so convenient if holding down a volume button turned this on and off, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It's a stupid question, but the phone's been in and out of three hands unsuccessfully and no one can figure this out. Anyone have an old phone and can help me out?

And yes, the ringers are all on ... The phone is in some global silence-all mode. I may have turned it on by holding down the 'volume-down' key, but I can't turn it off that way!
