I got a VX8700 and decided to add several words to t9 because I use them frequently. I load the phone, call up the data, add the words to t9, and then send the data back to the phone. The new words were useable the first time I tried to text someone. After that, the phone seemed to "forget" them and I couldn't access them anymore. Could anyone tell me why?
