Voice Command on LG8700

I am having problems using the voice command on LG8700. I tried doing voice training and keep failing for the digit dial, but pass for the responses.
Every time I try to use voice command it doesn't do the right command.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

people try to train their phones here in the mall and the background makes it difficult

I am having the exact same problem. If I say call ed, it will say call mack?
This was done in the privacy of my own home.

Now if someone could just explain to me how to voice train this phone, hopefully it will understand me!
