got replacement

ok i got a replacement venus...my old one frooze all the time..anyhow got verison 4 now....works good except when i put contacts in now when one of the numbers in my contact list call it just show number and not the name...any idea how i can fix it????

I had the same problem with a Motorola KRZR K1m from Verizon. They did a software upgrade and it still didn't fix it. It ended up being the phone that had issues. I would take the phone back and get another one. Make sure it is a new one, not a reconditioned one.
