What made you bought a LG?

I enjoy my LG Shine, but I don't text or use the internet. The phone and camera are easy to use and work great. the price is subjective, but only paid $5 for the phone.

I just got an LG VX 8360 which I'm liking alot. It's a "flip phone" which I prefer because you can close it and have the keys and main screen protected in your pocket or purse. It can store music and pictures on an 8G micro SD card. It has a 1.3 megapixel camera (no flash, but it takes pretty good pictures) and a music player. It has bluetooth and seems to work well with my earpiece--no complaints from my end or the callee's. The voice command works really well. Also has a speaker phone that works very well--much better than I expected. A fun thing is that you can match a picture and or a particular ring with the different numbers in your contact list. I enjoy seeing the smiling face of the person who is calling me.

It has other abilities but, at this point, these are what stand out to me.

I've never had an LG before so I can't compare it, but over-all I like this one very much.

I have dropped it twice onto a hardwood floor--hard (pocket problem) and thankfully it seems to still be OK.
