Hi sorry if this has been covered before but had a quick look around and could not find anything, I got the LG GM360 snap for a prescent for my partner a few months ago, for her Xmass prescent as she wanted a phone with a good camera, she opened it on christmass day set it up then tried the camera all that comes up is the pic of the camera and nothing els tap the screen nothing, looked in the manual but cannot find anything there so thats why I am writting here, Have we missed something or is the phone faulty and help on this matter would be most greatfull thanking you for your time on this.
