Blocking Calls
Blocking Calls From a Phone Number:
- While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" button
- Select "System settings"
- Tap "Call"
- Tap "Call reject"
- If necessary, tap "Call reject mode" and then select "Reject calls on list"
- Tap "Rejection list" and press the "Add" icon
- Perform one of the following steps:
- Tap "Contacts", select the contact and press "Done"
- Tap "Call logs", select the desired log entry and tap "Done"
- Tap "New number", enter the phone number and then press "Save"
Unblocking a Number:
- While viewing one of the home screens, press the "Menu" key
- Select "System settings"
- Tap "Call"
- Tap "Call reject"
- Press "Rejection list" and tap the "Trash can" icon
- Select the number / numbers that you wish to unblock
- Tap "Delete" and press "Yes" to confirm
Call Forwarding
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):
- From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
- Tap "System settings" and then press "Call"
- Scroll down to and tap "Call forwarding"
- Select "Always forward"
- Enter the phone number that you wish to forward the calls to
- Tap "Enable"
Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):
- While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" button
- Tap "System settings"
- Press "Call"
- Scroll down to and tap "Call forwarding"
- Under "Forward if", select either "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
- If necessary, edit the phone number that you want to forward calls to, then tap "Update"
Canceling Call Forwarding:
- From the home screen, press the "Menu" button
- Tap "System settings"
- Tap "Call", then scroll down to and tap "Call forwarding"
- Press "Always forward" and tap "Disable"
Call Log Management
Viewing the Call Log:
- While on the home screen, press "Phone"
- Tap the "Call logs" tab
- Select a call log entry in order to view more details
Resetting the Call Log:
- While on the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
- Go to the "Call logs" tab
- Press the "Menu" button
- Tap "Clear all" and select "Yes" to confirm
Enabling / Disabling Touch Tones (DTMF):
- From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" key
- Select "System settings" and then tap "Sound"
- Scroll down to "System" and then tap "Touch feedback & system"
- Mark or unmark the "Dial pad touch tones" check box
Note: if the aforementioned check box is grayed out, you'll need to change the "Sound Profile" from "Silent" to "Sound"
