problems transfering photos and video to my pc.

Hi all.
I purchaced a LG-C440 cell phone in june of this year.I only use it for emergencies,i have used the camera and video and i am
quite pleased with the results.Now comes the problem i have downloaded 3 or 4 pc-suites to my pc and they have loaded ok.
I have gone to USB connection and selected PC-SUITE mode, I have connected the USB cable to the cell phone and PC.
I have opened the PC-SUITE icon on my PC and pressed the transfer button but nothing is ever transfered
Could any body help please.

PS i am useing a USB A to MICRO B cable.

Hi Tavenger5,thanks for posting the link.I tried downloading the link but it would not load up properly which was a shame.
When i was talking to the customer service at lg canada they informed me that i could get the pictures off with the use of blue tooth.I have a asus Eee pad 101 transformer tablet with blue tooth,i will have to give that a go.
