Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings" > "Call"
  3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  4. Type in the phone number that you wish to forward the calls to. NOTE: you can select a number from the contacts list by tapping the "Contacts" icon
  5. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "System settings" > "Call"
  3. Scroll to and tap "Call forwarding"
  4. Under "Forward If", select either "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
  5. Enter the phone number to forward the calls to, or tap the "Contacts" icon if you want to forward conditional calls to a saved contact
  6. Tap "Update"

Disabling Call Forwarding:

  1. From any home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings" > "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  3. Tap "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Managing the Call Log

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Go to the "Call logs" tab
  3. To view more details on a call, tap a call log entry

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. From the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Go to the "Call logs" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Clear all"
  4. Tap "Yes" to confirm

Enabling / Disabling Touch Tones when Dialing (DTMF):

  1. Press the "Menu" key while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Select "Sound" and scroll to "System"
  4. Tap "Touch feedback & system"
  5. Mark or clear the check box next to "Dial pad touch tones". NOTE: if the box is grayed out, you'll have to change the sound profile from "Silent" to "Sound"
