How do I get a video off of my lg 236c???

So I have a lg 236c basic phone and I have a video that i took that is about 3mins long that i want to send to my computer or a friends phone. I tried text and email and it says the file is to large. I tried plugging it in usb and apparently it isn't compatible. I also looked for a sd card which it also doesn't have. When I contacted my carrier they were very unhelpful and told me there was nothing I can do. I messaged them on fb and told me I could send it via bluetooth. Me and my friend already tried sending it via bluetooth to his desktop but said it failed to send. Does anybody know how I might be able to get this video on my computer. tracfone says bluetooth is my only option but that doesnt seem to work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What happens when you try to connect via usb cable? Is there something that asks you to install drivers?

umm i dont think anything happens. Me and my friend plugged it in to his desktop and it started to seem like it was installing the device but then nothing happened. Tracfone told me the only way to transfer it was via bluetooth. But i cant get bluetooth to work when we tried to transfer it to my friends pc. we had both his pc and phone synced it just kept saying it failed to send. Anybody know why it wouldnt work?? My last option is the try to send it via bluetooth from my phone to his iphone. But im not sure how it works, anybody know what to do?

Nothing comes up on the screen of the phone or on the computer? What happens when you press windows key + e? Is the phone listed as a drive? If not, are you sure you have a data cable and not just a charging cable?
